If you find any damage or errors in the goods when you sign for it, please record the condition of the goods with photos and report the problem through the system within 7 days after receiving the goods.
You only need to enter some relevant products and provide relevant information (including product problem categories, product problem details, photos, etc.) to submit an application. The system will immediately send you a relevant/message for confirmation. This automated system will perform the refund/exchange process faster than regular customer service. After completing the last week in about 2-3 days, we will notify you of the results via "message" or SMS.
If returning or exchanging goods, please keep the complete packaging of the goods and ensure that they are in the same condition as when you purchased them.
Note: Only one return or exchange application can be made for each order.
